Every gift, monthly or once-off, is pooled and put to work where it matters most. Our first priority is sport: upgrading the netball courts and hockey astro to give our athletes facilities they can be proud of.

Your support also helps talented learners who need financial assistance, while keeping the performing arts and cultural activities thriving. And as new needs arise, it allows WHS to respond where support is needed most.

Authorise

I, your name, instruct my bank to pay, and authorise Windhoek High School to collect, N$ — monthly from my account (account no.), starting on first deduction date, until I cancel this mandate in writing. My donation supports the Windhoek High School Supporters Club. The deduction will appear on my bank statement as SUPPORTER - [SURNAME].

Authority

This is my instruction to my bank to make payment as stated above, and my bank may debit my account accordingly. Payment instructions issued under this mandate will never exceed my obligation as agreed with the Windhoek High School Supporters Club. If the payment day falls on a Sunday or recognised Namibian public holiday, payment will be processed on the next ordinary business day.

If there are insufficient funds in my account to meet an obligation, the beneficiary is entitled to track my account and re-present the instruction for payment as soon as sufficient funds are available, for a period of up to 3 (three) days. Due to the customary early payment of salaries in December, December payment instructions may be presented earlier, aligned with my salary payment date.

Mandate

I acknowledge that all payment instructions issued under this authority shall be treated by my bank as if issued by me personally. Payments will be processed through a computerised system provided by the Namibian banks and each payment will appear on my bank statement with the reference above.

Cancellation

I may cancel this Authority and Mandate at any time by written notice of not less than 1 (one) ordinary business day. Cancelling this mandate does not cancel my underlying agreement with the Supporters Club, and I shall not be entitled to a refund of amounts collected while this authority was in force if such amounts were legally owing.

Assignment

This Authority may only be ceded or assigned to a third party if the underlying agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party, and I will be notified before any further payment instruction is submitted.

Declaration

I have the necessary authority to provide this mandate on the account above; the information I have provided is true, correct and complete; I agree to be bound by this Mandate Authority; and any previous mandate authority relating to this agreement is hereby revoked.
